Our noodles are made from sweet potato starch and are often referred to as Glass Noodles because they have a smooth glassy texture with a springy bite. These noodles absorb the great flavors of our fresh ingredients creating a delicious lightly sweet and savory meal that satisfies your cravings. Choose from beef, chicken, spicy pork, tofu, or vegan with 3 vegetables in place of a protein.
